Bookings are subjected to these Policies and Terms. Variation to the Policies and Terms may be made from time to time and will be posted on our website.
- For your protection and ours, we require pets to be current on all their vaccinations.
- All pets are required to wear identification tags while they are under our care.
- We need to know if your pet has been bitten or is aggressive before making a booking
Privacy Policy
All client information is kept private and confidential. We do not share personal client information for marketing or any other purpose. All keys, personal information and alarm codes are kept locked and secure.
Client Updates
To provide the best care for your pets, we need to keep all information on file current. We encourage our clients to contact us in a timely manner with any changes ( i.e. pet feeding, adding a pet, medication, keys, code changes, veterinarian changes, and/ or emergency numbers. )
Rates
- During weekends an additional £3 per hour will be charged Saturday and £ 5 on Sunday for dog walking.
- On Easter Day and Bank Holidays our charges are time and a half, with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years day when charges are double the normal rate. This policy is a way to reward our pet care associates for accepting assignments during their holiday time.
Payment & Cancellations
- Bookings are not confirmed until Aloha Pet Care charges have been paid in advance.
- Holiday Reservations In the event you need to cancel a reservation, please be aware that we have a 7 day cancellation policy. We will reschedule the pet sitting/ visit depending on availability or the full payment will be credited to your account.
- Our overnight pet sitting service, your pet sitter will be permitted to leave your house for a maximum of 4 hours to do other pet sitting jobs or personal errands. Please email or call us for more details… We thank you once again for letting us be part of your family!
